Anthony Goldman

General Manager Client services

Having worked in the health sector both in Australia and overseas for most of his career, Anthony brings skills and experience across a broad base of competencies including general management, finance, customer, strategy, process improvement and program delivery.

Initially qualifying as a Chartered Accountant he has led complex strategy and change programs to help companies execute on their strategic plans and deliver practical and commercial outcomes. Anthony is excited to help Prestige continue providing great out comes for clients through delivering excellent care for people in their own homes.

Cleide Pereira

General Manager Finance

Cleide is a CPA qualified professional with more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance within the telecommunications, energy and technology sectors.

Having worked in one of the most successful ASX listed companies in the role of Group Financial Controller and most recently for a technology company, Cleide drives finance and operational changes through process improvements and team development.

Cleide has joined Prestige more than 3 years ago and is passionate about the health sector and been able to contribute to the community.

Andrew Connolly

CHIEF technology officer

Andrew has been involved in IT for the last 30 years.  Initially working as a developer in the finance sector, he moved into the education and care industry where he became a senior executive in a leading childcare company, transforming the business to being technologically mature.

His mission here at Prestige is to being great experiences for carers and clients alike through the adoption of market leading technology.

Joanne Squires

General Manager of People

Jo joined Prestige Inhome Care in November 2019 in the role of General Manager – People. Jo brings with her over 20 years experience in operational and strategic human resources experience in a wide range of industries including hotels, hospitality, retail, FMCG, media and telecommunications.

Jo has a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management from Sydney University and is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience through effective people strategies. Jo is extremely pleased to bring her experience to the community care industry and to work with an organisation with purpose.

Emire Boljevic

Emire’s career in aged care commenced in February 2012; during this time Emire successfully lead sales, contact centre, training, business development and admissions teams across two for profit providers – her overall responsibility was to grow occupancy across their portfolio of care homes. 

Having worked in residential aged care, Emire has a thorough understanding of the journey to accessing aged care services and the need to match services provided to the clients needs and wants.

Emire is thrilled to be part of Prestige and more so, to be working with all team members to provide services to clients requiring support.
