Disability Support and NDIS
Prestige Inhome Care is a registered NDIS provider. We support you remaining independent in your own home and active within your community. We provide a wide range of tailored support services to enable people living with disability to achieve their goals.
National Disability Insurance Scheme Explained
Prestige Inhome Care is both a registered NDIS provider and an experienced provider of private disability support. We deliver a broad array of disability services, from an initial comprehensive assessment and care plan development, to personalised support.
Our carers provide disability support services in Sydney, Melbourne, Sunshine Coast, Geelong, and the Mornington Peninsula.

We appreciate the complexity and the individual nature of each
person’s disability. At Prestige Inhome Care, we ensure that this
remains at the forefront of our disability support services.
Disability Support Services
We support people living with a disability through in-home assistance. Our daily living support services include personal care, domestic support, social and community access. We also provide in-home nursing and professional support coordination.

Personal Care
Personal hygiene, dressing, medication prompting, continence care, assisting with the application of compression garments and more.

Domestic Support
Light household tasks, laundry, changing and making your bed. Alternatively, you may require professional laundering or spring cleaning.

Overnight Support and 24-Hour Care
A trusted carer or nurse will be ready to assist throughout the night. We also provide 24-hour care, offering round-the-clock disability support.

Nursing
Medication administration, wound care, higher level support services.

Support Coordination
A Support Coordinator will support you to understand and implement the funded supports in your plan. They will also link you to community, mainstream and other government services.

Palliative Care
Prestige can help facilitate the same level of support you would receive in hospice care, at a hospital. But our tailored palliative care gives you more options and greater choices, at Home.

Allied Health and Equipment
You may require services such as physiotherapy, podiatry, counselling, speech therapy, some vision aids; or equipment. You’ll require an Occupational Therapist or Physio to determine the best equipment to support you.
The Prestige Approach to Disability Support

Tailored disability support
We provide professional, quality care to meet the needs of each individual. We will work with you to ensure we create a tailored in-home support plan that meets your needs.

Support designed to achieve your goals
We appreciate the individual nature of living with a disability. This drives us to ensure our disability services empower you or your loved one to pursue your goals.

Choice of Caregivers
We endeavour to match our experienced in-home carers and nurses to specific clients’ requests and needs. For example, gender, religion, language, sexuality, experience, etc.

Experienced and specifically trained staff
Our carers and nurses are qualified and receive specific, ongoing disability support training to constantly update their skills. This ensures they meet the needs of each and every client.

Partnerships offering financial benefits
Established partnerships with many allied health professionals and equipment providers e.g. Statewide, Independence Australia, TANA; assisting with cheaper rates and reduced waiting times for equipment.

Responsive
We have an experienced team of Case Managers and Client Service Coordinators to support your individualised care plan. Our team is happy to assist with all your queries and changing needs.
What is the NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a national
system of disability support. The Scheme is focused on the
individual needs and choices of people with a disability.
The NDIS provides people with disability support to live life their way, achieve their goals and participate in social and economic life. Under the NDIS, people with disability make the decisions about their supports, including who will provide them.
Prestige In Home Care is a fully registered provider of services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
If you are eligible for support through the NDIS, we can work
