In-Home Nursing
When it comes to in-home nursing, you want to be 100% confident that you and your loved one are being supported by a team of professional, qualified and currently registered nurses. That’s why, at Prestige Inhome Care, we only engage Registered Division 1 and Enrolled Nurses.
Our Prestige Case Managers and Clinical Services Manager work with you and your loved one to establish a unique and flexible care program, for a range of situations and conditions.
24-hour Care and Nursing Explained
There are some support services that can only be provided by a nurse, such as administering medication or wound care. Our Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses are ready to work in conjunction with your Personal Care Attendant for all your clinical care needs.
We establish and maintain systems to prevent and manage specific risks of harm during the delivery of health care. We implement clinical monitoring that meets individual needs; including actions related to falls, pressure injuries, nutrition, continence management, cognitive impairment and end-of-life care.
Prestige engages Registered Division 1 and Enrolled Nurses, under the supervision of our Clinical Manager. Our professional nursing team are highly trained and have a range of specialist skills and experience from wound management and post-hospital support to Palliative Care.
If you would like to discuss in-home nursing across Melbourne, Sydney or the Sunshine Coast, contact us today.
As the pioneers of 24-hour in-home care and nursing, we take pride in providing clinical and support services of the highest possible standard.
We are committed to supporting your independence and lifestyle.
